China aviation DG transport system is centered on CCAR-276-R2, referencing ICAO Technical Instructions and implementing IATA DGR. Since January 1, 2026, IATA DGR 67th Edition is officially effective.

Important: Ministry of Transport Order 2024 No.4 (CCAR-276-R2) effective since July 1, 2024, replacing CCAR-276-R1.
