Questions overseas agents ask us

Q: Do you only handle DG, or can you also do general cargo?

We handle both, but our competitive edge is DG. For general cargo we can still quote, but you may find a cheaper generalist. For DG we usually win on both price and execution quality.

Q: What's your typical commission structure for agents?

Agent commission is built into our quote as a transparent line. The rate depends on lane, volume and contract length. We share the full breakdown before you commit. No hidden deductions.

Q: Can you handle cargo from inland China (not just coastal ports)?

Yes. We arrange pre-carriage by road or rail to the port of loading, including hazmat trucking with licensed operators. Inland origins in Sichuan, Chongqing, Henan, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia are routine for us.

Q: What if my client's MSDS is in a foreign language or doesn't meet Chinese format?

That's the most common issue we solve. Our compliance team can review the MSDS, flag any issues, and either correct it ourselves or guide your client on what needs to be added. This service is free for active agents.

Q: Do you have NVOCC / FMC authority for US trades?

Not directly. For US-bound cargo we partner with NVOCCs under their house bills. We can still quote, book, and execute the China side end-to-end. Tell us up front if it's US-bound and we will coordinate with our NVOCC partner.
